Thirty years of providing superlative orthodontic care has not dimmed Dr. Zanca’s passion for his craft. He enjoys all aspects of orthodontics, and takes great pride in his ability to share with his patients the gift of a beautiful smile and improved oral health. A decades-long resident of Camden, Dr. Zanca knows and understands the communities he serves, and has earned the reputation for providing the most personal and successful care possible.


Following undergraduate studies at the University of Maine in Orono, Dr. Zanca attended dental school at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Dental Medicine and Department of Orthodontics. He is recognized as a certified orthodontist by the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Zanca regularly participates in continuing education and is actively involved in the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, and the New England Study Club of Orthodontics.

Outside of the Practice

Dr. Zanca enjoys spending time with his children, Mariah and Jamey, as well as skiing, boating, and traveling to far-flung places.

Giving back to the communities that have given him so much support over the years is a deep satisfaction. A supporter of the Waldo County and Pen-Bay Y, the UMO Foundation, Youth Arts, and MRC, Dr. Zanca is also a founding member and underwriter of the Snow Bowl’s Learn-to-Ski Program, where more than 425 fourth-grade children have been given the opportunity to experience downhill snow skiing.
